Q: Do you sell direct to retail customers? A: No. Decora is an exclusive resource for the trade.

Q: What do I need to bring with me to purchase from Decora? A: You must have your resale certificate and fill out an S-T form on your first visit. (We will keep this on file for future visits.)

Q: Can I bring my customers to Decora? If so, what prevents them from knowing my price? A: Yes, you are welcome to bring your customers. Trade customers are given a pricing code. Your retail customers will not have access to this information.

Q: What is the lead time on custom finishes? A: We are dedicated to keeping our chair and table lines fully stocked at all times! This means your order will generally be available for pick-up within 1-3 weeks of ordering.

Q: Can I order special sizes? A: Many of our items are unique and cannot be duplicated. However, all tables in our Barnwood Collection can be special ordered to desired dimensions. These orders can take up to 3 months.

Q: Are your finishes durable and "customer-friendly"? A: Let's put it this way...Got kids? These finishes are for you!

Q: Do you guarantee your merchandise? A: We guarantee to replace any defective product or finish that is identified by the customer within 30 days of purchase.

Q: Do you provide shipping? A: Decora will assist you with a list of reliable, reputable shippers in your area. We do not deliver but will happily assist you in finding somebody to do so.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: Check, Master Card, and Visa.

Q: What forms of beverage do you serve? A: Coffee, tea, and water. If you arrive on Friday afternoon, you might score a brew.
